Why not both? Gradient red-orange-yellow on the stripes, and gradient green-blue-purple on body. And the hair could be stripes of gray, from black to white, like Daring Do.

...weh, now I want to see a custom of that.

Hmm.. I'm gonna say grey. Though I'd be fine with whatever I just particularly like grey ponies.

Slightly unrelated, I wonder how we're going to handle the symbol. I'm not sure it's possible to line up all the nuanced options in one poll

@SaelaVe- The pearlized option there was in regards to the new G4 transparant ponies, this was entirely my oversight.

@Tak- Sigh. I even remembered colour swirl. I was going to mix it with a dual toned/natural horse pattern option, then figured MLPs don't have natural markings like that and scrapped it figuring it could fall under 'other' if anyone DID want it...and apparently forgot to keep colour swirl an option on it's own. At this point, gimmick has already been set, but I will  remember to jot down colour swirl in my notes for next time. Gradient was a finalist and lost out to TaF last round.

@Luxrayx- Not to give to much away, we'll be voting on a theme to start, and from there I'm really opening the floor up to everyone's creativity without me squandering the potential with my one track mind. 

Next time, I will be sure to talk with a much more informed pony person to make sure I don't forget obvious pony gimmicks. Thankfully I hae the other option to cover me in the mean time!

With the TE and TAF, my vote went to white. I feel like with all that, a color would be overwhelming!

Can we adjust  this to base colour and finish? Finish would be  matte, glitter, translucent, metallic, pearly
So we would get to chose one colour and one finish (lavender with pearly finish)

It's a great idea, but it's not going to work for this round. Translucent/glittery have already lost in the gimmick round, metallic is already covered in the shiny category, and I'm rectifying me forgetting pearly in part two. It's something to keep in mind for next time though.

Sorry my lovelies. I completely forgot today was the 9th!  I'm a disorganized mess. Here is the updated poll. White was our winner, which is the easiest colour to go by luckily. But you know how MLPs are, they still have an off white colour/undertone, so let's decide.

I'm going to put the feedback thread up after the game is over, but I already know for next time, I need a co-host or pony expert helper to be a second voice for me.
