Avatar help? Are they down, or am I doing something wrong?

My avatar kept disappearing, and then it wouldn't let me load for some reason. I was able to add it as a link, but it's all stretched wide... am I doing something wrong? Please and thanks for any advice you can give me!

Well yours seems to be working now, so I suppose it's fine. I guess I should see about mine, though. lol

It's the result of the server move earlier today. I can't speak with absolute certainty or anything, but I have a strong hunch it will be worked on and restored soon. As for the stretching, it seems when you link to your avatar from off site, it automatically resizes the image to 150 x 150, no matter its original dimensions.

I had to use the url option for my Avatar but since it doesn't like the %20s from the url location I had to move it to another location to get it to work

I can see everyone elses, but not mine.  It makes me a sad panda, as I actually don't have a copy of that avatar on this computer, so there is nothing I can do.

I can see yours xeevee so I have just grabbed the thumb size version of it...do you want me to upload it here for you although I am sure once the gallery corrects itself you ll see it again.

Im having the exact same problem over here. I dont have any avatar at the moment. :/

I guess its a just not being able to see your own avatar issue at the moment then.  What a weird thing to happen.  Thanks for saving it for me, cat.  If you could upload it for me that would be great, but I'm happy to wait for a few days to see if the problem gets sorted out first.

Ahh, good I checked before I asked very same thing! I have now uploaded it again (or a similar one) from photobucket but it says it's not there, so I suppose it's just a matter of time until it gets restored! Thanks SDS!
