I don't know what these first 2 kitties are. There are no brand markings on the bottom but they do say 'made in china 2' one word on each foot. It's pretty small and has no markings. visitors can't see pics , please register or loginThe only reference I have for these kitties is on pinterest and it says they are made by Soma in 1984 but I can't find any other info anywhere so I can't confirm that. 'Made in China' is stamped on one of the feet. I've picked up the blue puppy (that is pink in the advertisement I posted) from the Beauty Friends and I have coming in the mail a bunch of Soma kitties (not really fakies since they came out almost 10 yrs prior, but still cute), a yellow fakie like the white one I posted, and a yellow dog or cat that looks like it might be a fakie of the Lady Lovely Locks dog. I'll post pics here soon hopefully! Still looking for the other Beauty Friends cats! Doing google image searches I came across this fakie. It's an orange version of my white one with blue butterfly symbols. I would link to the original file but it's hosted on a certain website that is currently practicing ransom-ware and extortion with accounts and images. I would like to buy them so I can do detailed photo comparisons for the wiki. I will settle for photos if no one wants to sell them to me though.

Ive come across these kitty fakies a lot in the past years. They are kinda common in germany, so I guess they were available here too back then.

Hi all! I'm researching kitty & puppy fakies and similar looking toys to Mattel's Little Pretty & the kitties from Lady Lovely Locks. I'm working on the My Little Wiki section for the Little Pretty toyline and I'd like to include a fakie section. I know of a toyline by Simba Toys from their "Pony Land" collection called "Beauty Friends" and these are fairly similar. If you have photos and or are willing to sell them to me please let me know. Click on this to make it bigger: visitors can't see pics , please register or loginI've also found a fakie that is ridiculously similar to the Little Pretty toyline, only bigger and has MLP symbols on both sides of the hips. There is no toy brand marked on the feet. The feet are marked Made in China with a #2 on one of the feet. Tee Hee's swing is giving me such a headache. I have most of the pieces for it except the purple beams that hold up the actual cradle part. And when I find the swing set on auction it's either broken, missing pieces, or is bundled with a bunch of stuff I don't want plus still missing pieces. So I'm trying to get all the photos on the wiki to look consistent. I've made myself a little lightbox out of an old cardboard box and tracing paper which provides a perfect neutral background without lines. Here is the photo of Bibsy & her cradle for an example - http://mylittlewiki.org/wiki/File:LittlePrettyBabyBibsyCradle.JPG. I'd love for Tee Hee to be placed in the swing so you can really see the size of it. If you have her blanket I would love for that to be in the photo as well - and a photo of just the blanket would be really nice too. Same with her bonnet if you have it. I can post a whole photo tutorial on how I do it if that would help.

It would be great to expand My Little Wiki to include character traits for G1 girls plus a bibliography of all known G1 media so those traits could be referenced.
This is an excellent idea and one I'm willing to work on or at least setup the bones for it on the little wiki when
it's editable again.
Cheers, I would absolutely love that. I can help, I have UK comics 1 to 40 ( I am missing 1, 3 and a couple more though) and some story books. And I can go through whatever UK back cards and fact file pages are available online.
That is perfect, I only have a handful of the comics so that resource would be a huge help.

Just wanted to let you all know that it looks like a bunch of kinks have been worked out of the wiki and the images and citations seem to be displaying correctly now!
