(she goes on one of my Advent Calendar Picture from this year)

Also as I'm glad about the trend, I thinks they overdo and it become a little boring. As well as so many girl ends with unicorns but do not even really likes them

As much as I love unicorns, please somebody tell me what these are supposed to be:

https://www.instagram.com/p/BeRV4loAwJD/?taken-by=beaniebooau

(sorry, still can't put photos in posts)

The cat one is very sweet and I am kind of fascinated by that Hair Bear Bunch-looking lion, but that owl is just plain baffling. I've seen winged unicorns about but that's just taking the cake!

Etymologically speaking, if it has one single horn, it's an unicorn  :P There are medieval variants of unicorns that are depicted not only as horses, but as antelopes, deer or goats. There's even one that is a rabbit!

Haha what about Narwhals then?  :P

Well, the Latin name for the narwhal is monodon monoceros, the latter part of which is 'unicorn' in Greek... I am choosing to interpret that as "Narwhals are literally unicorns." Because science!!! :D

I have been seeing a lot of Unicorn things in the stores! I love it! I came along a bedset that is very cute at Wal-Mart today!

I've always loved unicorns, still do.  I do like how you see more unicorn stuff but the stuff I've seen haven't really been anything that appeals to me.

What do you think will be the next fairy tale trend? First there was unicorns, then mermaids, or was it the other way around? What will be next? Pegasuses? Fairies? Something else or nothing else? I don't think millennials are done with fairy tales just yet.

Kingsly, you are not alone in that - I want to know what the unicorns did as well! Honestly, those mythological beasts, they cause so much drama! XD

Also finally got my rear in gear and got pictures of my unicorns, there's quite a few, hence the spoiler. :P

I had every intention of using this mug for its intended purpose, but ended up keeping it as an ornament instead. I don't want to risk it getting broken in the kitchen. I was thinking of getting some of that rough foam, making a base and planting some artificial flowers in it, a bit like those old china ornaments. It'd make a groovy bit of granny chic!

This pen just makes me laugh, I doubt it'd be much use for writing with that awkwardly chunky barrel.

This dreamcatcher has been up on wall for years, hence the accumulated grot. It really needs a good clean, sharpish!

And a Snapp Happy bracelet I don't use anywhere near often enough.

Ahhh - yes, I have the same one from ASDA! I thought about using it for flowers too!
Have you seen the other matching unicorn pottery stuff?

Yes indeed! I have been quite tempted by that really cute teapot, but shelf space is a bit tight at the moment. It would help if I hadn't put a colossal wooden carriage on one of the shelves, it takes up more space than I thought it would!

I kinda enjoy it but I'm also kind of exhausted with it.. I mean, some of this stuff is nuts. Like have you seen what Lucky Charms cereal is doing? Sigh. I'm also probably projecting, as my boyfriend's family calls me "the unicorn girl" and buys me unicorn-related presents and I'm tired of it  -_-

At this point I'm really only noticing/enjoying flower crown aesthetic or goth things. Super girl or super dark, no in-between.

I'm more focused on dragons right now anyway. Can we make dragons popular again?

I think that Lego movie that featured the Caticorn kicked off an entire rippling wave of other cat unicorns... (although maybe they existed before it was not in the numbers they exist now) I've seen them on other products as well...
exhibit A:
Pusheenicorn on think geek (kinda looks like Glory, no?)

I prefer pegasi, but I really am enjoying the pastel trend that seems to tie in to unicorns so often! Can't say I care for anything with a horn on it. I'd also like to see more traditional unicorns with lion tails, cloven hooves, instead of just horses with a weapon on their head.
