I still haven't got what is mine. She says she has sent my stuff and has proof (tracking number). Too bad she refuses to give it to me

Agreed Berry ^ it does sound weird. If she's trying to prove she's sent your stuff Siiri and if she really does have a tracking number, then its crazy for her not to give it you    What did she say to you when you asked her for it?

Weird, having the same parcel missing twice. And if I ever get the code it isn't 100% sure it is really my code :/

No doubt! I think it's a case of her being in the wrong and trying to turn the tables on you.

Yes, basically she accuses me of lying that I have gotten the package and trying to con the money too..

And she is now using the guilt-card too.

She helped me 2 times with ebay (I paid all charges and she got one G1-pony and some G1-mold fakies too). And says she paid more shipping costs than she charged me many times (not my problem if she didn't ask for them? All who hve done deals with me and asked the costs that went over I have paid.)

Then she shouldn't have any problem giving you the tracking number, since tracking would prove one of you right.  Unless she doesn't have one, of course.

Today I got half of my stuff  Half 

I am getting very frustrated..

And when I looked at the tracking number and date from Deutche Posts website I couldn't get any info. There is a stamp which says it wa sent 7.9.2013. I just can't buy that, I do a lot of business from Germany (ponies, clothes, dolls, baby stuff etc..) and never ever had anything taken this long.

Usually tracked letters come within 2 weeks.. Sometimes in 5 days. Don't know, prolly getting paranoid

I'm the trader Maddie was talking about. And, incidentally, I'm schizophrenic so I don't take much appreciation of her using that as an insult. It doesn't make me unreliable, just easier to hurt because I doubt myself and have difficulty communicating.

Part of the problem with speaking up about her (which I didn't do at the time) was because when I did fret, people would go 'oh, she's so nice, she has a good reputation' so I thought, well, maybe I'm just worrying over nothing. Maybe the pushiness was just the language barrier. Maybe she just overvalues her things from hopefulness when she's trying to get your high ticket item from you. Maybe she really did send it. Maybe it's just a coincidence she'll only say yours arrived after you say hers has.

All my packages have arrived from her. But I felt ill at ease and taken advantage of for a lot of our transactions.

And when I saw another poster posting about a 'no names named' trader who had the exact set of problems, I realized, oh, hey, she IS doing this serially and pmed the other poster.

I wish I'd left a neutral at least.

Also, I know why we do it, both psychologically and socially, but when someone's got a problem with a trader, the responses of 'oh, they were perfect to me' can drive the person with a problem into silence and keep others from speaking up.

EDIT: during my final transaction with Stern, I ended up having to ask the Mods for help and they were wonderfully helpful.

She just sounds like a complete bully! And i'm so sorry so many had a negative experience I just hope this serves as a lessen to all of us to voice our concerns immediately if something sounds off. If the trader is fair and nice, they will clear their name without a problem.
