Sternenstaub?

Sternenstaub was sweet enough to offer selling me an item from my want list back in May but sadly her package never got here, I informed her about this in July and she told me she'd check the tracking info and that she'd send a replacement if there was any problem.

I sent her 2 PMs and emailed a few times but never heard back, she's a really nice person so I doubt she's ignoring me on purpose, I also checked her profile and she hasn't logged on since July so I hope someone around here is still in contact with her and could help me get in touch?

A few months ago one of the members made a post about having issues with her, and then a few more of us came forward about having had problems with Sternen, but i don't remember it being anything too serious (more like, lack of communication and such).

I hope you can get in touch with her, it's quite unacceptable for her not to answer your messages when you're out of money and the item!

Awwww so frustrating!  I hadn't heard anything seriously bad about Stern before...  I mean, I know waiting for German packages takes FOREVER (4 months for me!) but it was a good transaction aside from the postal delay. 

Hopefully the mods can give some advice...

I believe she also runs this German pony collector's website so you could try that. I think she is Baby Sugarberry there.

I had a really good deal with her. She offered me a gorgeous Baby Honeycomb for a great price and it came pretty quickly after payment. I've never heard a bad word about her. Hope you get everything sorted, OP!

Thanks for the link BlueRose  - its true that Stern is no longer a member here at the Arena and her trades etc were prohibited. You can reach her on the TP, via email, or on her own site - the German one linked to here and yes she is Baby Sugarberry there.
 I'm sorry to hear that people are still owed items by Stern  though    - who is owed and what is owed? Gizmo, Sirrii?

I actually tried registering on her German site before starting this thread but for some reason my account was never approved, after failing to reach her via email and PM I was left with no choice except to ask here but I'll head over the TP and send her a pm over there.

Her husband is registered on the "normal" German ponyforum (not their own called Wichtelwelt something)- she isnt. But this might be the last resort ;-) Just in case you cant get her through the TP.

Ringlets is correct Stern is prohibited from buying or selling here. I am sorry to hear there are still issues going on. 

Her TP ID I believe is Zaradess.
