Sculpted jackelope head

So my bestie is a fan of jackelopes, so I browsed the internet for jacklope gift ideas for her birthday. I came up with crocheted mounted-heads on boards which were cute but alas, I can only crochet a square. And not well.

So I decided to try sculpting one. His antlers aren't my favorite but yay! he's done and loved <3 that makes me happy. I may try to sculpt some fake deer antlers sometime for myself.

I'm curious though, how big is it? It's hard to tell from the photo.

Wonderful work, the surface looks so smooth I wanna pet it and on top of that it's cute as a button!

Now I wanna make more mounted heads, I made five of them when I was in junior high and it was super fun.

Thanks guys, the head is life-sized. I wish I had had more time to really sculpt the antlers. I did sculpt it all over wire mesh.

A few weeks working on it here and there. Although most of that was redoing the left eye 500 times.
