Why BBEs are so scaaaaaary...

I love green ponies, so I got a really nice BBE Frosting (from LovesBabySquirmy!)
I'm not a fan of them really... but it's not the eyes! It's the pose! Their poses seem really off to me. I think they had to make them lay right so that the eyes would close.. but yeah, seems really wierd to me. Ears too small and horns too thin and stuff...

I am pretty sure I have THE most frightening BBE pony ever....
She has horrible rusty eyes and hair (even her mane!) scratched symbols, nibbled ears, ...and HALF HER FACE MISSING...!

I do love my baby Frosting, though. Overall my dislike for the BBEs in the pose rather than the eyes - they're just weirdly shaped. But I love Frosting's colors so much, so I have to keep her.

Yes! This is so true. If these ponies were in a slightly more natural or "cute" pose I dont think they would get as much dislike as they do. Imagine a Baby Cotton Candy with cute little baby doll eyes...its just less scary than the earth BBE baby pose.

My thoughts exactly! I really don't think it's the eyes.. the ponies themselves just look so mishapen.
I wonder if they were sculpted by a different artist all together, because just about everything from their little noses and ears and wings looks way different than a regular G1 baby pony.

xD  I am not super fond of them, but it's mroe due to the weird pose than the eyes.  I like Frosting though....she's so cute!

*Hides under her computer desk* That has to be the most horrifying inanimate object I have ever seen in my entire life!(I refuse to classify it as a child's toy or pony it is the stuff of nightmares!
