Canada Wal-Mart reset, no TRU reset yet, big meh.

So...

DS and I hit our local Wal-Mart today, after two weeks of being pretty well cooped up due to arctic-type temperatures round here.   Anyways, we visited the pony aisle as usual, and they've undergone a reset!  Unfortunately, it seems they yet again shrunk the pony section.  There were four hangers for brushables (and only one pony on each, from the Sunny Rays wave), three hangers for the Luna/Rarity and Celestia/Pinkie boxes, and a couple shelf spaces for the softie Spike, softie "I Can Walk!" abomination, and I think one of the radio-controlled things (or the train; I was so not chuffed, I didn't spend too much time there).  But the worst was the box of yellow blind bag.  Yep, blind bag, singular.  There was one, it was opened, and the rest of the box contained two Moshi Monsters blind bags.   I was so disappointed... even though I'm trying not to buy ponies for another (checks ticker) nineteen days, it was still sad to see no blind bags.

We went to TRU later, but they still haven't reset - they still have loads of the Favourites collection and bridle party ponies, plus the blue (glittery?) blind bags and a few of the smallest plushies.

Altogether, a resounding meh for today's pony watch.

Aww, I've been having no pony luck here either. The stores have been completely boring, either barely reset or not at all here too  All I want is a Crystal Empire RD and the small Funrise Fluttershy plushie, but it's too disappointing to keep looking regularly!

If the weather has been bad, maybe they haven't been receiving proper deliveries. ; _ ; Hope you get some more ponies in soon!

I hear it's been extra cold in Canada this past week. Keep warm, everyone!

Hold in there Between Christmas and the start of March is always a little woeful for toys to be honest. Stores have to go through resets especially after big pushes like Black Friday then Christmas then New Year sales. Give them a few weeks and stores will be re gigging things again - bigger pony sections, smaller pony sections, big pony sections - its all about what is coming into stock at the time.

My WalMart has been like that too. Surprised you actually found a blindbag!
(I found an empty blindbag box at Shoppers by the way, in case you were looking for a new shop to find BBs. )
