They do loose a bit of definition when baked, but still hold up reasonable well.

Seriously, though... I think I'll try the recipe on their website first before I buy any of these cookie cutters (I'm also eyeing the Mario Bros. themed ones for my DS - he's keen to eat goombas!).  The recipe has Greek yoghurt in, first sugar cookie recipe I've seen that calls for that, and is supposed to keep its shape rather better than the usual blobby cookies I've known and loved as a child.   Will keep everypony posted on the results - I need something to keep my son occupied while we're semi-snowed in!
