So I have been taking a break from selling ponies for a while now, I am sure some of you guys remember me. I have just put up a few ponies for sale and summerlastyear has purchased a G3. She has recieved her and claims there is a hair cut. I have great pictures on the auction and always go over my ponies with a fine tooth comb befor I list them and as a ship them out and I am sure there was not a hair cut. I have politely responded and told her to ship the pony back for a full refund or exchange which is my policy. I am not sure if a need any advice or just need a little vent. Has anyone else sold to her?
