Ok..I tried a couple things to try and help you out.
First I tried to retrieve my receipt from her on my email through the search recently deleted mail. I could only pull up my receipt to 2Checkout.com and it did not have listed what I ordered.
I then checked my Paypal in payments sent with that same address and I found there is an invoice ID number on my receipt there. I think if you get that invoice number and email her you can figure out what happened. I know she does not have a phone number so you will have to email her(dollyhair.com).
But she is pretty awesome to deal with if there is a problem and should fix it right up for you.
