Yeah ive noticed that too! The steps are totally broken now lolol!

Also an issue im experiencing is ALL the Pokémon I find are running away after the first thrown pokeball..... It's like if I dont capture something with the first throw its gone!

Hopefully I can find more growlithe tomorrow, possibly aerodactyl in the fossil nest. I was so mad because he showed up for my husband and not for me!

There's an update out(at least for android) and now they've broken the tracking completely!  At least when they all showed up as 3 steps away, you could click on them and maybe tell what direction they were from you (it would pulse when you were heading the right way) Now you can't even do that! :(

Genius. -_-

A shadow of an Omanyte in the nearby Pokemon panel appeared. I was like "".

I guess this game just can't factor in things like Pokemon being extinct. Lol. Although they'd probably have to add a new mechanism to properly implement those Pokemon...properly, one thing I'm kind of hoping is that they fix where Pokemon appear. I shouldn't be running into Goldeens in my local Walmart!

Also sad to see they removed the footprint feature. It rarely worked properly, but it was helpful... You never know whether these Pokemon are half a mile away or somewhere really close nearby otherwise. =/

Yeeaaahh...like, this update is cool since you can customize your trainer whenever, but the lack of footprints is disappointing. Also no more Pokevision. So everything is a guessing game (which is okay, unless a Pokémon pops up that you want/need and now you have no way of knowing if you're anywhere near it).

Oh well. I hope they fix this!

my finace gave me his old phone yesterday just so I could try it for myself.

The lack of steps is annoying since this is a new game and all I have is my starter..but im interested in seeing what happens when I go to my appointments and such.

Man, my curveballs were perfection, and this update switched it all up. Also Pokemon run almost all the time now I swearrrr. Even this stupid like CP 95 Caterpie wasted several balls then ran. What!?

The blind searching is ridiculous and makes me not as interested in playing. I was playing even more with Pokevision.

Anyway, there is one more good website, and it shows you places people have reported there being Pokemon nests. I have a charmander one I'm going to check out today.

I was only a level 10 but it's so hard to level up in the area I live in.

O.o can anyone else no longer transfer pokemon?

Edit: Nevermind, I found it. It's annoying that we have to click on the pokemon, then click on another menu to transfer!

When you click on the Pokemon, look.to the bottom right to pull up a sub menu to transfer.
