Did anyone get the new amiibos that released today?
I ended up getting both Zero Suit Samus and Classic 8-bit Mario from Amazon.

It was an easy score today!! I got mine from GameStop website, zero suit and ganon. I have our amiibos watch dog at work to thank for the amiibo alerts

I wanted Ganondorf really badly so I woke up early and went to Target to wait outside before they opened. There were only 4 of him and I ended up not getting one from there because a family of scalpers a head of me got 3 after the first guy in line got 1. Then I went to Best Buy after stopping home for a minute. Guess who was in front of me there. The same scalpers from Target. Luckily the sales associate managing the line told them they could only get one of each character since they were obviously all from same household, and that if there were left over slips then they could get doubles (and they ended up getting doubles, if not triples). But anyway, I managed to get Ganondorf and I decided to get the 30th anniversary Mario as well since it looks neat.

I'm honestly not really into amiibo at all, I just really like the Legend of Zelda, and Ganondorf especially. I've been waiting for him to be released over here lol

I forgot Classic 8 bit Mario came out today.

I looked at Walmart but didn't see any new Amiibos

I got Zero Suit Samus at TRU today, yay!

She's all I really wanted from this wave but I wouldn't mind having an 8-bit Mario if I see him.

I snagged a Ganondorf to finish off my Zelda set and a Bowser Jr. I was really happily surprised at the number of amiibo that toys r us had available. It gives me a lot of hope for future waves.

He's a GameStop exclusive. He looks way cool. I'm kicking myself for not getting him. I even saw some splatoon kids , ZSS and Ganondorf. They're all gone now.

This Friday is the release of the Retro 3-pack (GameStop exclusive in the Us: Duck Hunt, ROB, and Game & Watch) and the amiibo cards (Animal Crossing Series 1). Anyone else planning on getting either of them?

I ordered a card pack on Amazon and I am really tempted to order another pack, and buy one pack in person on Friday when I pick up my HHM game and Retro Set.

I have no intention of picking up the cards (though they are adorable!). I have too many trading card collections right now as it is lol. I do have the Retro 3 Pack on pre-order though and will be going to pick it up tomorrow.

I'm debating if I really want to buy the 3-pack. Since I only buy Amiibos for characters that I use in Smash Bros. and other games, Duck Hunt is the only one I'm after. I'd only buy the pack if I knew someone I could sell the other two Amiibos to.

You could always trade for someone you don't have? I'm sure plenty of people would like to have R.O.B or Mr. Game n Watch without having to buy the three pack

This would be a great idea if I didn't already have all of the Amiibos I want.

$35 is just a lot to pay without knowing for sure that someone would buy the other two from me.

I am almost certain that someone will buy those two from you, since there are a lot of people who didnt get the set because they only wanted one character.
