I agree it's area specific.  Target seems to have the higher stock of the 3 pack though then Best Buy, Walmart, or Gamestop (not sure about TRU).

The 3 pack will be going up on Amazon shortly though if you want to try your luck there.  In fact here is the schedule for anyone interested.

My husband stopped at ToysRUs this afternoon to get Splatoon and they happened to have the three pack of Amiibos so he bought those too.

Maybe I got luckier than I thought yesterday when I found Pac Man. I checked 3 different stores today and none of them had any of the new Amiibos.

Excluding the Splatoon line, I wanna say everyone is sold out of the new Amiibo as of yesterday afternoon (if not that first hour or two of opening that morning).

My local TRU had two boxes full of Greninja yesterday evening.  I'm willing to bet they still have quite a few left, which is surprising.

Here's my current Amiibo collection.  I still need Villager and Meta Knight to have all of the ones I use in Smash Bros.  Fingers crossed I win the MK I just bid on on eBay!

Anyone know how to unbox an Amiibo carefully so I can save the box art? I wanted to keep my Inkling MIB, but that's not my style lol. I need to touch my trinkets. But I'm so clumsy at opening packages... any tips?

I've not really looked at the boxes, but if you use a craft knife or scalpel to slice through the plastic blister instead of trying to separate it from the back card then it should be okay. I use this to preserve pony packaging

Certain Best Buy's are FINALLY restocking Meta Knights so hopefully they'll be a little more available shortly, or at the very least, their prices will go down a smidge on ebay.

Just wanted to add we also got an extra charizard so we have 2 ness 1 charizard 1 toad 1 gold mario 1 shulk and maybe a greninja I know we need 2 jigglypuffs 2 lucarios 1 pit 1 fox and 1 lucina

I wish distribution wasn't a problem in my country, I've had to order the ones I wanted from ebay :B (they bring like 4-6 per shop and they run out in minutes)

but I got a silver mario yesterday which is nice and my robin and lucina are on their way here <3

the splatoon amiibos are SO COOL tho I love the detail and the quality <33333

I have admit that I am hunting these amiibos down for my husband. He collects them. I guess one more thing for him to collect besides video games. lol I recently got pacman,Charizard,jiggly puff, wario,silver mario and the 3 pack splatoon. Sadly I grabbed the last splatoon one there locally. :/ I still am looking for the others that we didn't get in this wave. Hes got quite the collection though I admit we are running out of space to display them. ><:
