Title: Ziplock tight bags for stuffed animals?
Post by: DappledHazel on August 27, 2017, 12:02:31 PM
You know those big bags you put clothes in and then suck the air out so its smaller and easier to store? Well, I was thinking of using one of those to put some stuffed animals in for traveling. I have a couple 90's stuffed dogs and cats but I'm afraid they could possibly get ruined from being smushed up, should they be fine? They'd probably be in the bag for about a day maybe? I don't want them getting dirty and being packed smaller would be easier to carry around.

as long as it is for *short term*, like a week or so at most, it's probably ok, but if the stuffing is squished for too long, they won't puff back up correctly...I learned that the hard way!

yeah, thats what im afraid of. My one is pretty worn and scruffy, i wanted to keep it clean and avoid getting it dirty when traveling.. It might not survive the washer lol..
