Hello! Been a while since I've been here, but I got a bit of free time and were looking through my old Photobucket and found these adoptables I made a few years ago. I also noticed that Photobucket had disabled them to be shared so I logged in here to check if it was still an active forum which it seems to be. I haven't been online here for 3 years now, but I just really felt like making some adoptables again, so I dusted up one of my old linearts for you  Examples: 1. Hello, since there are so many new dolls coming out now that won't be released in sweden until february if they even will be released here) , I'm looking for someone to pick up dolls for me If you see any of these dolls , I would be really happy if you could pick it up for me. As a collector who grew up in the 90s , I was in the G2 era. And due to my small apartment, I decided when I first started to collect, to only collect G4s and G2s due to their sizes and they are my prefered Gens. But today, I got my first G1 pony ever. A classmate of mine said that her sister had a Pony, and that I probably could get it if I wanted. She knows I also do customs, so when she handled me the pony today she said; "Do whatever you want with it!" The pony is the UK Romance Pony; Love Token. Her Mane and Tail is really frizzy, no conditioner will make it fully soft again, but her symbols and eyes are perfect. I know I won't have the heart to customize her because she is such a sweet pony really. But I am thinking of rehairing her due to the frizzy hair. Do you think I should rehair her? Edit: since requested here comes pictures. Now I didn't know about the Flatiron + conditioner method, and I definitely think that will work. So, at a convention this summer I cosplayed as Kyouko sakura from Puella Magi Madoka Magica, and found a authenticate Nendoroid Kyouko that i had to buy (Usually everything at conventions are bootlegs) Lats Month I ordered some clothes from japan and found that the Sayaka Miki Nendoroid was still available in some Figurine Online Shops, so I added her to my order. I'm doing a Monster High picture Project now, and I'm about to make a Chibi picture of all the female characters of the dolls. They will all be in their signature outfits. Have anyone used Nylon dollhair while customizing a MH doll? I'm making a Martian out of a Frankie and the colour I would like for her hair is only available in Nylon. I know the Mh dolls usually have Saran or Kanekalon for their hair so if anyone have used Nylon i would love to see a picture of it.
Also, is 3x38" hanks of Kanekalon enough for a Spectra lenght rehair on a doll?

I have a question to everyone that styles hair. Whenever I see others photos when they've styled the hair looks so soft when it have just been dried. But whenever I wash my dolls or ponies hair it turnes very stiff when it have dried. I am very careful and I rinse all the conditioner from the hair , but still it's stiff and need to be brushed out when dried. It also get stiff even if I just wash it with water. And having to brush it sometimes ruins my so hard worked hairstyles >:
What do you all do to make the hair so soft right after it being washed?
