Anybody having issues adding friends on the app?

I got the kindle update yesterday - so much snow! I only see two new ponies though, Noteworthy and Cherry Berry.

What I hate is that normally my game gets no sprites, and I've not had changelings since I completed that part of the game, but now it keeps dumping them on me. I had about 20 Twilight Sparkles suddenly at one point!

Game is much more laggy and prone to crash again since as well

Incidentally, I purchased some gems with my free Amazon coins, and the gems didn't come through, so I logged a ticket. They sent me the gems + more, which is fine, but interestingly, they can look at what we've done in the game using the wireless mac code. Or at least purchases made.

I play this on my Kindle and for me it's still in the Nightmare Night theme. I keep going to the appstore but there's no update. Maybe it's because I don't have a real Gameloft account and I just play it without friends or anything. Its bothering me so much that all my mane ponies are still in those terrible costumes!

Oh I am on kindle too and was having the same problem. I updated again last night and there is now the winter theme.

I noticed after updating my social part of the game isn't working anymore. I cant send hearts at the moment

And I did get the holiday update, but the ponies are now wearing Thanksgiving costumes instead of halloween. haha, seems to be a bit behind still.

WildBlue, those aren't Thanksgiving costumes; they're Hearth's Warming Eve outfits. They just look like Pilgrim attire. lol

I have to say I'm very grateful for there being five songs instead of three now, and the longer ones giving more points per hit too. I've gone from not being able to win a single pony, to being able to win two in a week.

I'm having a hard time adding friends in-game. I go to the social panel and click 'invite', but there are no options to let me input names to invite. What am I doing wrong?

Well, now it is not showing any of my friends or letting me send requests. It gets all kinds of weird when I try to go to gameloft live part and kind of just crashes.
This update is all kinds of wonky I think.
I will try again to add some folks later on today.

Okay, I figured out how to add people. I'll start trying to invite a few people in a little bit.

Is anyone else able to visit peoples towns??? I seem to only be able to visit Celestia's. Everyone else starts to load and then retunrs to mine :/ Also Flash sentry will be mine lol even if i have to break my thumbs to get him.

I just started playing the game about a month or so ago and I love it!  If anyone wants to add me as a friend, my GL ID is Roustrasz.  Looking forward to making some new friends!  And yes, sometimes I have to reload the social section a couple times, but I can get to other people's towns.
