Ahh, very rampant on Tumblr nowadays. I'm sure it's on every social media site (PINTEREST for sure), but there sure is a lot of questionable image using going on. Especially with things such as Moodboards or Stimboards, I've seen plenty of gifs of slime/clay/etc videos used without credit to the original video it came from, or moodboards with images that I've seen everywhere but am doubtful of the sort of usage license it has.
That's what grinds my gears the most. There are plenty of sites that compile pictures that are free to use without credit, and there's one very popular post going around that lists a bunch of these sites, but not everyone will use them. Sigh.
Also noting that Tumblr DOES allow you to link to external site images in the imagepost itself. Like, with the image hosting link from wherever you got it. I blog aesthetics mostly and have linked to a few posts from ebay auctions or something like Zulily. It USED to list the post source as ebay but it looks like it no longer does? I was going to propose that as an option that could be used but it looks like sources will now have to be written into the posts. Here's my test post in case someone wanted to prove me otherwise (I linked the sauce just in case).
It looks like Tumblr now takes the image and reuploads it to their site.

Pony Corral / Dollar General Fakies
« on: August 11, 2019, 12:32:26 PM »
I was at Dollar General earlier and saw some fakies. I know fakies have been found there before, but I couldn’t find these ones in particular documented by the community or on Dollar General’s website. I didn’t buy them because I’m not that into fakies, but I thought some might like seeing them. They’re branded as Pony Play Set and the box says they’re distributed by Dolgencorp, which is a subsidiary of Dollar General. What I find funny is that these were not only in the same aisle as genuine G4s, but when I turned around, I saw some more placed next to a Pinkie Pie.

That user last posted over two years ago and the other accounts of hers that I could find don't seem active either, so I'm not sure how easy it would be to even contact her.

G3 for me. I can’t really explain why, but G3 ponies do a better job catching my eye that those of the other generations. If we’re talking about the cartoons, then I’d say G4 with G1 not being far behind (though I also like the G3 specials), but G3 is my favorite overall.

Wait, $5? I bought a couple cels at BronyCon too and they were $20 a piece (or at least they were at the table I bought them from, there was another selling animation cels that I didn’t buy from).

Tales doesn't look quite how I remember it.

On a serious note, I watched all the episodes on Tubi TV earlier this year. It's a good show.

I use Gmail, and every automated e-mail I've gotten since I signed up goes to my spam folder. I added the e-mail address to my contacts, but it's still happening. Gmail says that they can't verify that it came from mlpchief @ gmail.com.

EDIT: This seemed to stop after I made this post, though Gmail still says they can’t verify it really came from mlpchief @ gmail.com.

Pony Corral / Re: For every generation, which pony is your favorite ?

G1: Wind Whistler
G2: I actually don't know enough about G2 to pick a favorite, although I have a Seabreeze.
G3: This one could change later, but for now, I'll go with Finger Paints.
G4: Pinkie Pie

Introductions / Hello
« on: July 27, 2019, 04:54:28 AM »
Hey, everyone! Not sure how active I'll be here, but I decided to give the place a shot. I've been into MLP since 2013. Started out as a fan of the G4 cartoon and liked the animated media for the past generations since 2014, but I've been more recently getting into the older toys. I don't have a lot of available space for collecting because I got quite a bit of G4 merch when my interest in the show was at its peak and I'm not really willing to part with anything at the moment, but I still do have some past gen merch and I hope to get more in the future. As far as animated media goes, my favorite is G4, but as far as the toys go, I love G1 and G3 (don't have a single favorite at the moment, though G3 ponies have done a better job catching my eye so far).

Apologies if this is what's considered a bad introduction post, but the examples for that are behind a spoiler tag and I'm currently not allowed to view spoiler contents, so I can't go off that.
