Do you know anyone taking commissions for doll clothes?

So I'm getting some girls in that have no hair. And I was thinking instead of restoring them to their original state, maybe I could customize them into other girls instead.

I'm ....ok with sewing, but I don't have a sewing machine. So I'm on the hunt for someone who could make high quality outfits for a doll that's approximately 6inches. (I'm thinking about Sailor Moon amazon quartet? Or 2 of the Animamates. )

Does anyone have any recommendations?

I'm not sure if she's taking commissions right now, as there's nothing current listed on her Etsy, but I have a couple of outfits from EtheraPeril for my IT Jem dolls from a year or two back. One I commissioned from her for Jetta and the other came with a Roxy doll already made and she did an amazing job for both of them. She's also really nice. I think she's based in Canada.

Obviously IT is bigger than your dolls but...it never hurts to ask.
