I do not know anything about this guy.
Seems to be in fair-ish condition.  Nylong hair that makes its tail can be straitened.  Tinsel in crinkly but I hav no problem detinseling if that is the best option.  Nose and paw paint is missing but could be repainted.  Muzzle is scratched.  Eyes, tounge, and cutie mark are perfect.
I am not a Barbie person and know nothing to the value of this guy.  As a customizer my instinct is to customize him, he is too cute to toss in the trash or use him as pratice.  But before I do I want to make sure I am not destryoing something valuable.  So does anyone in this forum know anything?  If I bait him will I be commiting a Barbie sin?

My plans for this little pupply will be, if customizing is alright, a leapard print in bright cheerfull blues, purples, and pinks.  Keeping and repainting the cutie mark to match the colors.  Rehairing DollyHair mystic pink to blonde seran hair.  A gift for a Barbie fan who only specializes in Barbie clothing.  LOL she doesnt know much about this puppy either.

I had one of these as a child and have seen them pop up in various ebay auctions for ponies a few times. I don't think they're especially valuable, I'd probably say $5 or under for him, so if you want to customize the lil guy I don't think it would be a problem. I'm not much of an expert either though, this is just based off what I've seen personally.
