Oh wow, the wings on those two are gorgeous. So many details! I love the little nick (?) in the topmost feather, that's a great detail. Twilight's fringe looks good too.

Omgoodness a G5 Twilight Sparkle brushable! I wasn't planning on buying any of the G5's but that is super cute! Her hair and wings are so detailed. I wonder if we might get other G4's as well?

What store did you find it in?

There are actually small accessories inside each ball! They're on the box, I think, but it's pretty cute. You can put your own small surprises in, too.

There are actually small accessories inside each ball! They're on the box, I think, but it's pretty cute. You can put your own small surprises in, too.

That's really interesting.   I missed that the balls have stuff inside them.

I found the Sunny and Twilight Sparkle set at Walmart. Sunny's wings and horn are molded on to her body and not removable.

How's the hair on them?

This is kind of my worst fear though. That they'll use G5 as a vessel to keep flogging the characters from G4.

The pony looks nice, the quality looks nice. But I want them to stop using the M6 as training wheels and cut G5 its own storyline already.

It was what I thought would happen if they linked G5 world to Equestria. Hasbro just don't have the same creative imagination they used to have.

There's supposedly a few short films coming this year, before the new series comes out, so hopefully we'll see more originality with the G5 characters (and new toys too!)
