Unfinished/Odd and Unknown: The list: updated 30.3.2015

That prototype has been at several Fairs - both Fairs held in Rhode Island & last years Fair in Nashville. Former Hasbro designer, Liz Knight, brought that pony to the most recent Fair so to the best of my knowledge she owns it (ie it's no longer with Hasbro).

I did get to hold it last summer and it is a solid piece, not hollowed out as far as I remember. I don't think it's the type of thing that would be put in a kiln.

Here is a photo of SS Gusty with blue eyes, they are not painted on like some of the protos on here, they are actually blue factory eyes she was sold by the same gal with BBE Sunlight and SS Posey with painted over eyes who I sold to my friend wizzer218 I will let her post the pics of Posey.

I've remembered another pony to add to the list. CP Bluebelle coloured pony, but with Cotton Candy's symbol. The pony appeared to be plastic and the symbols were just like CC's rather than the spotty symbols.

It's hard to be accurate as we've only seen poor pictures on eBay.

Yes I remember her but she may very well have been a factory error PWK since she had cc symbols and not the prototype collector pose spotty symbols. but whose to say what she was since her owner hasn't come forward with more pics. And even then we might not have the answer.

The reason for the stamps on the bottom back hooves are that the back legs were actually taken from a CP mold!

Ember - you're right, I didn't get the impression that she was hollow anywhere. Was quite heavy in comparison. Could be resin, but like I said, I am no expert on materials! As you can see from the crack on the leg, she has been repaired somewhere along the line.

PKW and LadyG, you're both very welcome!  Come to think of it, weird tangent I know, but that Bubbles/Minty prototype reminded me, I met you at that fair LadyG!  I remember talking ponies with you, it might have been when we were looking at that prototype ^^

Wax alpha orange G1 pattern sculpt done by kirk- pose never went into production.  It was rejected by Hasbro.  Had the pose been made, the wax sculpt would have been destroyed in the mold making process (explained in the video I have)
