Sosoftbuttons your peru ponies are amazing. I think if you wash their hair the wave should stay in. I have had several Peruvians I have practiced with. Their hair has curl retention. I have a MOC peru white medleyWith original curl. I will post pics if you want to have an idea of what the curls Originally look like. The curls on blossom look pretty good.

The curls on blossom look pretty good.Maybe to avoid wetting the hair baby wipes could be used on the body with a final wipe with just water? Or to wash the hair gently use lukewarm water then lay the pony down and and re-shape the curls whilst damp before leaving to dry completely.
