Oooh, you've been Minior hunting too, Lala? I only need two more, and I've got all the basic colors! Yellow and light blue don't seem to spawn much though.... I'm training up my poliwhirl, since it has damp and that means they CAN'T EXPLODE ANYMORE!

Ive been doing the same thing with my politoed- damp ability is awesome! So far im missing only the shiny color now  (black star).  I just use a weak psycical attack on wild miniors to break its shell about halfway down his HP so I can see what color it is and plus its easier to catch them that way. Silly thing about the shiny is it doesnt look shiny until you break off its shell. Good thing they kept the "starry" effect of shiny Pokemon encounters!

Omg so the Pokedex entry for this Pokémon is sad...how it will die soon if its core is exposed but a pokeball might save it. I felt bad because I have been busting these guys' shells off and running away if its a color I dont need. Those poor miniors out there who are defenseless now. Watch, in the anime they can walk around long-term without their sells and be fine. xD

My Pokedex is nearly complete! Just need to trade a few Pokemon with my husband... not sure why we haven't done that yet, it's not like we don't play the game every day. Then I guess I'll start doing some shiny hunting.

Oh, and I still need to catch Tapu Koko. Didn't realize I could throw a ball at it when I encountered it the first time, and I have to go to the Elite 4 again in order to run into it again. Caught all the other Tapus, though.

?? How do you know it's the green core? Shiny Minior are black, aren't they?

They are black, however, their menu sprites are not.. and the dex sprite says green too

Also apparently someone WT'd a Shiny Shiinotic... the problem is that it's level 100, in a beast ball, and it was hatched two days before the game was officially launched...

You dont have too go back the elite 4, i knocked it out by accident. Went back later and it was there without me going to the elite 4

So I bought a New 3DS XL last year and gave my old 3DS to my husband since he lost his 3DS. Completely forgot that the camera doesn't work on that thing, but we didn't think the camera would be important to any of the games we play. Ooops. I have to let him use my 3DS to scan codes since he can't do it only old one, haha. Who knew the cameras would actually be of use ever?

Are Beast Balls the weird oval-ish balls?  I'm not quite that far in the game yet but I keep getting them in WT.  I'm ready to challenge the elite 4 but I'm hunting for more pokemans beforehand.

This is a Beast Ball. They're used to catch the Ultra Beasts post-game. You get like... 40 of them but you won't need that many. Unfortunately it's really hard to catch a regular Pokemon with them.

Lol The Beast Ball is "Ultra Ball" in Japan. I knew Ultra Ball for us is "Hyper Ball" for them, so that's kinda funny.

It's possible that it's a clone or a hack. I know the Shiny Shiinotic I got last night in WT had a date hatched 2 days before the release of the game plus it was in a beast ball.. so it's not far fetched that it could be a clone

I think my game has a harmless bug. Whenever I try on hats in the apaprel stores it doesnt show them!? But it shows previews of my headbands and clips....just no hats!

That's not a bug. You're wearing a headband or hair accessory, right? You can't wear hats with hair accessories, so you have to remove it to see hats.
