That just doesn't even make sense about the guide. You'd think that selling the guide and the game at the same time would drive up sales of both!

Game Stop has a release date of the 18th.

Ive been playing and oh my jeeeeze how hard is it for a darn female Popplio!? 12% chance my butt.... Ive been s/r/ing for over an hour! 

Other than that I love the game so far! Nebby is super stinkin cute omg!!!!! I need several plush of him and mimikkyu!

I was wondering if anyone got to the part where you get passimian yet?
All of my friends have moon, and one friend in particular would really love one for early on, and I was wondering if I could work out a trade with someone. I would really appreciate it, ^-^ I would even draw your favorite pokemon for you if you wanted. :p (i just really want to draw pokemon ok? xD)

Preferably a male and could it please be named "Pax"

I chose Rowlett, but I really want a male Popplio, too!  It will be a pain to get one this early in the game, though. Oh, why cant we get two starts instead of one? xD

I have been Wonder Trading for the last 30 minutes, and managed to get a Tauros, and I put it in the GTS to get a Pichu. xD

I just bought Sun.  I haven't had a chance to play it just yet but once I get there, I'll be glad to trade.  I want an Oranguru so I would be glad to trade for one of those.

I admit that I am annoyed at how long the tutorial is. I'm only a few hours into the game, and they are still telling me what to do.  Feels like I am on a leash. D:

In all the excitement of launch day, apparently there is some more big news! The third game for Alola has already been announced. Pokemon Stars is apparently going to be a Switch title.

Hope everyone is having fun, I'm still waiting for a confirmed list of all the version exclusives/differences (so like a week or so), but I think I'm going with Sun.

Isn't Rockruff supposed to be on Route 1 (or early in the game)? I can't find him. I need my dang guide book!

Rockruff can be found in the Ten Carat Hill, which is to the west of the professor's lab. It's only accessible after completing the trial and everything on the island.

Not an easy Pokemon to run into either. Thankfully I got one!
