Yes, we need that too.I'd like to see two or three eeveelutions since we only got one last gen.

Agreed, we need more pure flying types already. Otherwise I'd like to see bug or fighting type released with it. or a mega Eevee because normal needs to be able to compete with it's evolutions, stat wise.

Though I don't really expect to see new ones yet, they seem to come every other generation.

No, but I think Gen 5 was all about new Pokemon.  As far as I've been able to tell (I haven't finished it yet but I'm about halfway through) you can't catch any previous gen Pokemon until you beat it and get the National Dex and you can't even trade with previous games until then, either.  So it would make sense that there wasn't a new Eeveelution because you'd have to be able to get an Eevee in order to evolve it.

Really? We've found a ton of past gen pokemon in black 2. My daughter traded with her cousin.

Black/White (which is the Gen 5 game that I have) must be different than Black 2/White 2 in that regard.  The trading rules seem to be much stricter.

Gen 3 also didn't introduce new Eevolutions, the only 'old pokemon, new evolutions' introduced was Azuril and Wynaut. But hey, I'm just saying I don't expect it, not that it's a fact we won't see any.

Pokey: Haha, but they DID do that in Diamond and Pearl where they introduced aaaaall those new evolutions you couldn't even get the pokemon for until you beat the E4. And even then you needed the older games in the gba slot to even find some of them in the wild. That was really poorly planned. Edit: Just looked it up, and Eevee and the new Eevolutions were one of the ones only available post E4. 

Leave: Yeah, in BW, you can't find older pokemon in game until after you beat the game. By the time of BW2, Unova got infested apparently (in case you didn't know, BW2 is a different story set 2-3 years later, it's not the typical 3rd version with the same story, new content mechanic). You can also trade with people who have BW/2, you just can't transfer pokemon from your older games until after.

Yeah, but it is kind of zoomed out.  Maybe it's bigger in the game?

What about the Rotom Pokedex?  Do you suppose it will count as a Rotom in your dex?  My guess is probably not.
