I'll admit that I used to be scared of pit bulls. I was attacked by a dog that looked a lot like a pit bull (the large head, muscular body, etc), and a lot of the drug dealers and "thug" people in this town train them to guard their homes, so I was always wary around them. But, after being around one every day out at the barn where I board my horses, I have come to like them a lot. It is definitely a matter of how the dogs are raised and trained, not the breed itself (but try telling that to my mum.... ). I have considered getting one in the future. What cute pictures! I love Caper's colouring. c:
When I take Caper for walks people always want to stop and pet him which I always encourage people to do because usually their next question is, "What kind of dog is he?", and I proudly tell them he is a Pit Bull. This way they can associate a POSITIVE image in their heads about Pit Bulls instead of the typical "drug guarding thug dogs". Most people are so surprised when I tell them what he is because he so sweet and gentle but even if he changes just one persons mind about the breed then its worth it.

I'll certainly be picking up Apple Sprout and Skyla! I never really liked the So Soft Newborns but I keep finding them at thrift stores around here for cheap and in great condition so I figured I would go ahead and add them to the herd. Then I saw Apple Sprout and loved her colors so I have to have the whole set of them!

I so want to get into collecting the trading card, but I haven't been able to convince myself to spend that kind of money on completing the set. Which I will feel inclined to do if I even by one card! I think I will try and trade ponies for as many as I can first.

I've sometimes taken a shower WITH the ponies. It's fun, and kills two birds with one stone!
I'm so glad that I am not the only one who has done this!

I LOVE to buy large lots on ebay however you just never know what condition they are really in until you get a hold of them. So, I knew I was expecting a package today and would be spending most of the day cleaning ponies. What I didn't expect was that I would also have to take an additional shower just to feel clean again!
These poor ponies were sooooooo diiiirrrtttttyyyyyy that if they could talk I would love to know their story! The lot contained 5 TAF babies, Yum Yum, Sweet Celebration Family, Bright Eyes, and much more and luckily they will all clean up very nicely, but geez! I needed to take another shower after going through them just to feel clean again! So happy to finally have my TAF babies though!

stilettomlp: I looked on PayPal and it says their "flat transaction fee" is "2.9% + $0.30". The fees on eBay vary based on the final total of the sale. It's kind of frustrating sometimes, but I think in the end it can be worth it when you have the right things to sell.
Oh wow, thats even more expensive then Square! I run a local business and use Square which only takes 2.75%. It's a little scanner that attaches to my smartphone and I just swipe the card like you normally would. They take out a little more if you manually key in the card number I think but I can't remember what it is. Too bad Square wouldn't work in the Pony market since you would literally have to give your card # to someone : /

If money isn't an issue, and you're able to use the Internet to shop, none of the G4s are HTF or rare. :-p
I wish that was the case!

I'd appreciate any information you guys could give me on which G4's ponies are considered HTF, Rare, and/or sought after? If you could include some pricing information (loose) that would be awesome too! I've just not decided to start adding G4s to my collection since I keep finding them at thrift stores! <3

A lot of 56 G1s that had almost all of the TAF babies in it! They arrive on Thursday and I can't wait! I took a huge gamble though and hope they are in good condition. They looked to be but sometime pictures can be misleading. Wish me luck!
