Title: Have no idea who these are! Help!

So, I saw these two at a Russian forum a while ago, and after much researching, I gave up and stopped trying to figure out who they are. Can anyone help me?

Man...   I know I have seen these pictured online before.  But it's been a few years and I can not remember what they are called!

I do remember wanting one because they are adorable.  :)

Yes!!! Punzels!!! Thanks, guys!! You have no idea how much time I spent trying to discover their names! Punzels even makes sense: Rapunzel.  :inlove:
