Thank you all! Well we are SOL for lack of a better term, she gets to keep the stolen pony and the seller is out the full cost  Mercari can’t do anything about it, they also don’t let sellers change the feedback. It’s so frustrating! Your so right lovesbabysquirmy there will always be an issue and they will continue their shifty ways be creating new accounts, grr! Wish I could have gotten her pony before she got mine, then the seller could have known before rating her! Darn! Oh well, just have to keep being a good person and know that karma does exist

Unfortunately I don't think Mercari can force the reciever to ship ChaCha back. That's a very tricky situation and it's unfortunate to hear someone is falsely keeping her.
I think you are 100% right..It’s so sad, I’m slowly losing faith in people once again, I shouldn’t say that but it’s true. I’m definitely going to see if she can be added to the bad buyer/seller list if it still exists Post Merge: August 20, 2021, 10:10:59 AMI think the only thing that can happen is that the seller leaves her a bad review? I'm not sure about that.
Oh good one! So I just checked and sadly she rated her yesterday before I had contacted her to let her know about the mistake…I think she *may be able to message mercari to change her rating possibly? I told her to check and see, I sure hope so !

Ok so I’m fairly new to mercari so I don’t know all the rules but a seller accidentally sent my Cha Cha Llama to a girl who had purchased 4 ponies and the seller sent me her (the other buyer’s) Spunky the camel. Needless to say the seller and I are both devastated..the other buyer accepted the order yesterday and left feedback saying “They are wonderful! Thank you so much  ” so she fully intends on keeping Cha Cha the seller has been desperately messaging her and she’s not responding. Is there anything the seller can do?? Or not really since she can’t really prove she sent it to her. Either way the buyer knows what she is doing and is a seasoned collector so it’s clearly not a mistake…I’m going to return spunky and she will refund me obviously but I’m heartbroken for her..that is a BIG loss I’m hoping if mercari pressures her she will come clean but I highly doubt they will or that she would be honest at this point.

I've had great results sunfading blue ponies too. I have to mention though, the yellow colour comes back after a year or two and any exposure to UV light is harmful to plastics.
I have heard that! I thought it would be worth a try but I would hate to harm her in any way so I’m torn. I wonder why she only yellowed on the body. Different plastic maybe? Nope! I just gave her a basic scrub-down and put her in the window. You may want to cover her symbol with tin foil or something...not sure if the 3D princess symbol could be affected or not, but better safe than sorry! And definitely cover her hair; if there is any pink left in it at all it will fade to white. In your case, since you only want to fade the body, you'd want to wrap her head up altogether, or just remove it if her neck seal is already broken.

Hi! I recently acquired an absolutely lovely princess taffeta , aside from..a head body mismatch her head is the perfect blue it should be and her body is a more greenish blue.. like the blue has yellowed? Is there any safe fix for this? I’m crushed! visitors can't see pics , please register or login

It is possible! I was pretty tired that morning I just remember thinking the one I saw was way too high for ponies with missing tails, haircuts and ink on them. I'm still shocked at some of those MOC bids..unreal! Wish I was rich so I could spends thousands on ponies too!

Wow!! That is a huge lot of ponies!! I don't think that was the one I saw, there was definitely not that many... with that being said I think this is the highest I have seen lots going for though in a long time, wonderful for sellers! Did anyone else see that lot of about 20 ponies that had Diamond dreams and maybe one or two other semi htf ponies that was bid up to over $500? It was ending around the same time as these MOC ponies. I didn't see what it actually went for. It came with a few common incomplete playsets and with some accessories too so my though was huh..maybe there is a cup or comb in there that is worth some crazy amount of money lol. I should have messaged Chip at the time to see what she thought I literally know nothing about accessories..I feel like it was ridiculously overpriced for the condition of the actual ponies though...maybe I'm just completely out of the loop on the current prices

Just chiming in here to say I almost puked when I saw what some of those ponies went for!! I have never seen such high bids on ponies in my life!! I also have never saw that many MIB MOC ponies in one place though lol! I mean that seller would be able to pay cash for a really nice car for all that profit!
