Quick question about paint sealing

Would Testors Dullcote be safe to use on a G3 pony? I've been considering using it over Mod Podge recently as I've had problems with Mod Podge getting sticky over time If not, are there any other sealants you would recommend?

I use Dullcoat on G3s with no problem all the time.

Dullcote is one of my go-to sealants, personally. I've used it on all varieties of pony.
