Razzaroo rehair Help!

So, I want to rehair Razzaroo with her original hair colors: white, light cyan and light pink in the lenght similar to the super long hair ponies and give her nice ringlets 
Thing is, I need help on choosing the right shade and lenght of hair (from dollyhair)
**The method of rehair I use needs to have the hair folded in half

I would think that fairys breath would be a good choice, as far as length is concerned, you would just order the DH from the MLP hair section.
