I used Voodoo-Tiki's pattern for the body. She measures 19" tall. I have hardly any sewing experience so it's not a quality plushie (more info in the DA description).

Usually I don't post incompleted ones, but this time I had to.

I discovered "swirl painting" (where you put oil paint on top of water, make swirls, and dip something through it) on Youtube a short time ago, and decided I wanted to try it with a pony. I finally got around to doing it. Say hello to Ice Swirl:

 I couldn't find any of the Humbrol paint most people use, so I tried thinned down Testors model paint (flat white and sky blue lightened with white). And it worked. On the first dip I didn't put enough paint in, so I dried it off and tried again. The result was 2 layers of swirls that overlapped each other. In some spots there were white spots that kind of looked like snowflakes.

I covered the eyes with acrylic paint which I scraped off to save the pattern and allow me to repaint them.

 These pictures didn't turn out that good as the blue is slightly darker than you see here.

Testors is more durable  than oil paint (dries faster too), but I'll still put a coat of dullcote on it once I get the cutie mark and eyes painted. I've ordered the hair for it (we'll see how that goes), so  it might be finished in a couple of weeks.

In the meantime though I made this one in less than 12 hours since I had all of the stuff I needed:
