Winx shoes/boots on MH dolls
« on: December 17, 2012, 05:55:48 PM »
Hey everyone, so I got a Winx doll today and I thought I'd try her boots on one of my girls. They're a bit too small in the heel but I thought they looked okay as something for display so I thought I'd take a photo to show y'all:

As you can see there is a gap in the back (looks a bit worse than it is due to the flash) and the heel isn't quite long enough for the monster high girls (I'm holding her up in the photo - she'd probably need to stay on stand in these shoes), but they look very nice from the front!

Edit: At saply's suggestion, I tried them on Howleen and they fit great!

Yep, they go great! Amazon actually has three of the Winx Concert dolls on sale for around $5 right now. Stella,  Bloom, and Flora, along with Believix Bloom for $7... These came from Stella.

I'd actually planned her for a mod but the stock photo had the concert dolls as articulated when they aren't... Now I can't decide whether to keep her for the shoes or give her to a family friend. Only, what would I do with the rest of the doll? x.x

eBay? xD

Whatever you decide to do, I'm glad to know there's a new source of shoes for Howleen. Do all of the Winx dolls have the same size/shape of feet though?

I've been wondering about the same thing... I've seen the Believix clothes on MH dolls (they seemed to fit, but the style was totally... not a fit XD), but I haven't seen anyone put the Concert Series dolls' clothes on a MH doll.
I primarily collect G1/G3 Ponies, Littlest Pet Shop, Monster High dolls and Mini Lalaloopsies. I also collect vinyl figures, dolls and 80's toys in general.

I'd imagine so. There's nothing unique about their molds. All the girls have the same faces molds and everything, so I don't see why they'd specifically change the foot mold. They're all 11.5" inch dolls according to the internet. :)

Do Winx clothes fit MH by any chance?

I'm currently nestled in bed fighting a fever, but as soon as I feel a bit better I'll take the clothes and do a comparison for you.

The shirts don't really. I'm not positive about pants, but I know that the skirts fit great.

I know my walmart has those little packs of shoes with wings on clearance for like 2 dollars. I just wish it had a outfit with it and not some wings my MH can't use.
