Experimenting and trying to keep my costs down when it comes to hardcap CaMs. I think I have the problem licked ;-)
The thing about is that my usual positioning for werewolf girl ears so - i had a head that came of ebay that had a few rough patches I decided to experiment on. I didn't wanna waste any of my hair either so I just used hair from the wigs (took a whole wig and about a third of another) and decided to try a low placement.

This werewolf girl used a dollar store doll's scalp. it's a bit flat but her hair is so big and awesome you'd never know.

I call her Gabby Hobgoblin because of her rough spots and big hair and her ears

she tickles me for some reason and I'm half tempted to keep her. I bet with that hair she'd be amazing as a future ANTM model She doesn't have a torso of her own though.

Nothing really makes her a Fox rather than a Wolf other than I liked the way the name flowed
A botched Opal Essence mix finally came in handy for something. She came with no torso and her ears haven't been glued because my glue sucks.

she wouldn't be as much as my usual roots because she's experimental and torso-less and I had the hair hanging around being useless

Hey Ravie, I gather that you mostly use saran, but have you done reroots completely in nylon, and if so can you show me? One of the dolls I want rerooted I really need to be able to heat style her hair, and nothing works quite like nylon. I have a few other dolls in the works that I have already started with Nylon, but I haven't gotten far and don't have a good idea of what a whole head would look like given the difference in texture.

Ravie rehaired my Rochelle in nylon. I really love how she looks in it, though I do wonder how saran would've looked on her.
I'd never consider changing it, though. She seems to like her new hair too.

The lighting in my living room is wayy too bright to properly show the texture, but it's extremely soft and ..Flippy.
Compared to ponies I've rehaired in saran, it's actually a bit softer to the touch. You just want to keep petting it.. * A*;;
