No, I already looked for a way to do that. I didn't violate any terms. I didn't get a warning for my feedback. So I don't see why it was removed or why I'm not allowed to leave some kind of feedback.

No, I haven't called them back. I'm not sure it's worth it since they agreed I was grossly overcharged for shipping but have done nothing. They'll probably agree I should be able to leave feedback and then still not allow me to.

Ebay customer support told me if they found she is in violation of shill bidding she could get a warning or her accounts could be temporarily limited or her status from top seller could be compromised, etc.

ugh! thats pathetic!   mind you I found a case of obvious shill bidding on ebay  and they did absolutely nothing to that seller either

So, basically they encourage shill bidding. More money for them. They might as well post a message on their site that says, "Shill bidders welcome!"

  wow... This is exactly the reason I don't use eBay much. If I can't sell it or buy it here, I don't need it. My dad's been an ebayer since the site started (like back when you had to have a separate "buyer" account and "seller" account), and this type of thing is getting more common... Although your case is an extreme. He's had people overcharge him $1-5 to "cover packaging supplies," and if the item IS well-packaged he won't make a fuss.
