 This is the thread to check if you're looking to commission someone for a drawing.

Hello everyone! I am currently open for commissions and would love to do art for you. At the moment I have only tried ponies in the G4 style but would be happy to do ponies in the style of G1-3.5 as well, it'll just be new and fun.

Sculpture: Anywhere from $20-300 depending on material cost, detail and size. Please note I work best on the bigger side so think roughly the size of a current G4 fashion pony or larger. standard range will be more like $20-100. I will of course, always be happy to try something smaller ;).

Hello all


I'm a traditional artist (illustration/portrait), and available for commissions, or pony trades!


I've (recently) primarily done MLP illustrations, and portrait illustrations of pets for people.


Please see my details below; PM me with any queries!  :)




Commissions are: open
Mediums: ink/watercolour pencil
Cost: $38NZ per illustration, or a trade of ponies to that equivalent value (include cost of your shipping of them - I wouldn't charge that on top!)
Payment: I accept Paypal (or if you are NZ, direct payment into my bank account). Or... ponies in my mailbox!
Shipping: Shipping (and packaging) is generally included in price, but some exceptions apply for overseas trades if over a certain amount. In the case of trades, you ship the ponies, I'll ship the picture, and no monies are exchanged!


Other important stuff: I work on very good quality paper, and take a lot of care when packaging the artwork to minimise damage in transit. Currently artworks are sized 18x26cm. Turnaround (once all details are finalised {i.e. specifics buyer would like included, photos provided to work from if applicable etc}) may take a couple of weeks (excluding shipping). I will keep you posted on progress!


Lastly, I do keep electronic copies of all my work, and reserve the right to use completed works in my portfolio. Artwork must not be duplicated or used for commercial purposes without my permission, or by prior agreement. Heavy sounding stuff, but just safeguarding everyone! (I really am very friendly!)

 About my art:
My art style of ponies is mainly focused around G1, but don't let that put you off! I like many challenges and styles and will always try whatever is requested. Even if you do not want pony art I have many other things I can do just take a look around to see what you fance.

When it comes to "adult themes": I can only draw erotica of humans or otherwise anthro characters, as long as they display visible human-like characteristics. I don't draw animal erotica - it's waaay too squicky for me (and I doubt anyone sane would ask me to do it anyway).
Same thing goes for fetishes - I'm not into it at all, and I find it to be waaay too uncomfortable for me to look at it, let alone draw it.

I'm sorry if I made feel any discomfort by writing this, but I figured it needed to be said. :P

Painting with white or solid-color background: $20
Painting with background imagery: $30 and up, depending on complexity

Flat color drawings will be $10 USD and cell shading like the second image will go for about $15 USD. The more complex or simple the shading, the more the price will fluctuate. I am generally pretty flexible with prices, so just ask!
