Who else doesn't have space to display ponies? :(

So when I moved house I no longer had any room to display my ponies as I've effectively downsized..... It's so depressing knowing they are in the attic in boxes I have tried displaying a few but it's not the same. I can't wait to be able to display them again, which I will be able to when the attic conversion is done but that won't be for a year or so.

It's hard to be enthusiastic about a collection when you can't see it! And how I need all my accessories to hand! Argh!

Who else has to keep their collection packed away? We can be sad together :p lol

I haven't had space to display my ponies since I started re-collecting them two and a half years ago.  And it's even sadder now because I am in the UK for the summer and almost all of my ponies (I've collected a few more since coming back, lol) are in an air-conditioned storage unit in Florida.

My collection Is stored away in a box as I live with my parents I have no room to display. I occasionally get a few out and stand them on the TV stand but it's horrid knowing there's 280+ others waiting in the big box.
Hopefully a year will fly by for you. I will be moving soon and I still won't have any room for ponies. ..apparently my boyfriend wants the spare room for his golf clubs....We shall see about that lol

*hugs* everyone. While I have some where for the ponies now for a long time they were crammed on shelves and boxes. I shall keep everything crossed you can all get your pony space sorted soon.

I share your pain. They are all in boxes, all sad and hiding. One day they will come out again and have their own spaces.

At the moment, I once again do not have any space. Went from my terrible ex boyfriend's house, who wouldn't let me display any, to my mom's house, where I could have them all out, then my mom kicked me out, so I'm living with my boyfriend and his family now.

 He has nothing against me displaying them, and wants me to be able to, but sadly we have no place for them. Although I've got a few out, and a couple of my Build-a-Bears are in the bed with us.

ME!  everyone lives in boxes at the moment. and we have a swap of ponies every so often, but I have that many not everyone is guaranteed a turn.
 

we are in the process of moving at the moment though to be fair then I should have more room. but it will also give me a chance to organise and sell the ones that I really do not have the space for. it is not fair being in a box indefinitely in my opinion I would rather some one enjoy them on display or even to play with.

but till them I keep buying them and putting them away. though some do have a promised permanent home. (only the ones I truly love or I know will not sell and others would only buy for bait (which is not going to happen for them))

I'm lucky in that I do now have them all out (whilst sadly rather crammed). However when had to move house last year my collection got packed up.

For a few weeks they were all in boxes... then finally I got my cabinet back in order and about half of them came back on display - but only half as the cabinet beforehand had got so squished that it not only looked messy but I'm sure the ponies were uncomfortable too 

However I felt saddened that not all of them were out, as I really enjoy seeing them. A couple of months later I got a second almost identical cabinet, so they eventually all came back out.

So yeah, whilst I have got them all out now, not having them out for that time was pretty sucky - so I know how you all feel and hope it can be fixed soon

I have a very small amount of space to display my collections... ponies only being ONE of many!

I have a room for them, but due to needing a clean out and downsize in furniture everyone is crammed and some are in a tub. I have a nice shelf, but my fiancés transformers are taking up a whole shelf. :/ And my friends Power Ranger toys that he should have taken ages ago. (Ugh, I hate power rangers) is taking up the top part and part of another shelf. I've threatened to Chuck all of it in a box and display my ponies.

I know what its like to not have room for your ponies. I right now have all of my ponies in curio cabinets with them all shoved inside of it. I cant wait to get them all out

Most of my G3s are stored away and I'm running out of room for my G1s, which take priority in terms of display space. My husband and I will be moving at the end of this year though, but I'm not sure what that will do for my pony display situation. But I hear you.

I know how you feel, I have so many in boxes its not funny. I always think I must sell some what is the point of them being in boxes but I pull them out and she how pretty they are so most just go straight back in to the box again as I just cant bring myself to sell them
