I believe this is my first ever holiday custom. I actually started working on him last Christmas but he got shoved on my WIP shelf and sat gathering dust until I decided to finish him a few weeks ago.

I went with what was most aesthetically pleasing (to me), and made my Krampus white mostly. I'm not sure why but the white ones look freakier to me. I also found some pictures of Krampus costumes where the eyes were snake-like and thought that was neat.
Sculpting is Apoxie sculpt and polymer clay. He does have sculpted cloven hooves but they got lost in all his hair and I am hesitant to cut it too short because I ran out of that particular color while working on him. The hair is tibetan lambs wool. There are three different colors, white, cream and brown. I snipped small batches and glued them in layers. It was... extremely tedious and I am covered in wool But he is very soft and silky.
I gave him a big chain but that's the only accessory he has for now. I'm too tired to make his bundle of branches, it'll have to wait for next year
