Hi all! I was wondering how many people have found ponies/pony related items in unexpected places.

Story behind this:  My friend took me to my first ever roller derby recently (as a spectator, of course XD) and whilst browsing some stalls during half time I found this badge

 So of course I bought it and stuck it to my "nerd bag"

Maybe I'm just revealing my total derby culture noobishness in saying I wasn't expecting to see this there. I'm *definitely* revealing my MLP noob status by saying I'm not sure who this pony is, I just thought the badge was pretty and I had to have it!

Also, my McDonalds 2011 Applejack was found on the side of the road. Gave her a good wash and she looks right as rain.

I can't think of any really unexpected places I've seen mlp.  That pony, by the way, is the second version of Toola Roola.  I really like her because she's an artsy pony.

Oddly enough, I used to play roller derby under the name My Little Pwny!


I don't think I've ever found a pony in an odd place. My sister in law found one on the ground by the chip shop though! I think it was a G3 Bee Bop...

Cool badge!  The most unexpected place I have seen ponies was in a showcase in a Disney hotel!   They were highlighting different toys and items from past decades and they had three g1s in the 80s showcase :D
