Peachy

Does peachy have pink hearts or purple hearts? Most I've seen have pink, but one of mine has purple. Still made in Hong Kong, too. I'll post a picture when I'm able.

I think Peachy was released so many years that there are a lot of variations on her symbol colour, hair rooting style, even body tone. That might be the reason behind yours?

Purple is my favorite, so I think she's so much prettier.

Is the purple one made in Hong Kong?  I believe there's a made in Italy version with dark purple hearts.

If it's kind of a lavender, powder-blue-ish purple then it's from the paint fading . . . On that color of symbol, sometimes the red pigment will leach out, leaving a purply / blue-ish color behind.

Some of the other ponies it can happen to are Heart Throb, Scoops, Love Melody, TAF Fifi, and Baby Crumpet.  I used to have a really pretty Scoops this had happened to, she looked even prettier than the "normal" version.

She's Hong Kong. It must be the fading. Odd it's so even, but I like it.
