Yesterday while working on a Bird Brush Page for my site the topic was brought up about SS Megan and Sundance coming with a Purple Bird Brush and comb...
Well I own SS Megan and Sundance MIB

So I want to know where the purple bird brush and comb fact comes from? Someone mentioned maybe the mail order came with a purple bird brush - but I've never seen one of these MIB so maybe someone out there has a picture of them? Also that she came with lavender shoes? Mine has the same pink shoes as the first release...

The Accessories my SS Megan and Sundance come with are the Blue Flower Comb and Brush, Flat Sticker, Purple Birthflower Pamplet, Megan and Sundance Checklist, Sundance has a Dark Pink Wide Ribbon in her tail and has a Dark Pink Velvet Bridle that she's wearing... poor thing has a flocking rub to her ear even in her package

Here's another oddity... My MIB Regular Megan and Sundance - Sundance has a braid in her tail. It looks like it was done at the Factory - does anyone else have one like this?

I know Hathorcat has told me UK Megan has three different patterns to her wrap around skirt. I only own one so would love to see pictures of all the others.

The Pink Stripe is actually from the Twice As Fancy Megan and Sundance set - She has a streak that turns pink in the sun like the Sunshine Ponies - Sundance also has a streak like that.

In the Inventory guide put out by Summer Hayes, her lists of items included with the SS version are lavender shoes, the purple bird brush,and purple standard comb.  I bought a pair of lavender color shoes because of this accessory list in a lot spending more than I really wanted to.   

Do you have an extra pair of pink shoes?

I also was going to take a picture of all my different Megan Shoes - from the ponywear and TAF Megan but camera died before I could do that - really, really need to find my charger...

Yeah, the Shoes Megan and Molly wore were super easy to loose and the hardest bits to track down!

Also I just learned something, so soft Sundance came with a thick Magenta ribbon? Awesome, I actually may have it!!!

Like Ivy I am also very very interested to hear where the whole purple bird brush and comb for for SS sundance + megan came from.

I've received two very near complete SS sets from original owners (one missing sticker, one missing one ribbon + sticker). These where girls who kept their belonging very much together and most of the tiny pieces. Both times I got the blue flower brush and comb, pink shoes- just like Ivy's MIB.

Another batch with a childhood collection I got some pieces. megan and dress, so soft sundance. but the shoes and ribbons looked like they were from the sweet dreams outfit. but no outfit. I kept those pieces aside, and still have them. but I really think the little girl traded a friend for the pony-wear bits to match the print on the dress better.

So I just did a google search.  Either there was another version of Megan with SS Sundance with the lavender accessories or several other people, including myself, went off the inventory guide.  So now I am even more curious, does there exist, a second release Megan with the lavender accessories?

Lovely collection! I have every different version of Sundance (well, US releases, at least), but I only have one Megan and one Molly. I would really like to get the version of Megan with the larger eyes. I think she's so pretty!

There is actually two versions of her with and without bangs - I used to own the no-bangs version but I think I accidentally sold it. Gotta find me another one.
