Yeah, I think I saw a picture of a Twilight Sparkle one, as well. However, I have never seen them at the store I work at, or anywhere. All I see are Pinkie Pie training toothbrushes and toothpaste.
Lol, I've only seen the Pinkie Pie toothpaste, as well. I almost bought it the other day... but what in the world would I do with it?

I know, right? I thought it was incredibly cute, and it doesn't help that it was the first non-toy MLP merchandise I remember randomly running into while grocery shopping. So I was like "Oooh something MLP! I need it!"

Yikes that's scary! Usually you'd expect heat and tornadoes where I live - southern Tornado Alley. However, we had the tamest Spring I ever remember having (hardly any Severe Thunderstorm Warnings, and not a single Tornado Warning), and July and August have been much less hot than normal... In fact, five days during July we never hit 80, two of which we didn't hit 70. That NEVER, I repeat NEVER, happens in July/August where I live.

Normally I HATE the weather where I live, but right now I'm doing okay. Still looking forward to Autumn, though.  ^.^

Anyway, I hope nobody was hurt in the tornado. I hate those things.

Off Topic / Re: Do you hold on to keepsakes from past partners?

I've never been one who could move on from the past very well. This became so much worse when some very unwelcome changes came into my life, and my hoarder tendencies really started to get worse, especially in terms of items that I owned from the time before. (Although, as I said, I'm predisposed this way lol)

I've never had a bad relationship, but the most important one to me I didn't end up with many gifts from. However, the few gifts I had, I most certainly kept. It wouldn't have seemed to off for me, though, if you had seen my room earlier this year. I finally had to clean things, and a lot of things I just ended up getting myself to throw away because I was so sick of the mess - I like things being clean, I really do!

Having never had a bad relationship, and really treasuring my last one, I specifically avoided ever throwing away those gifts, though. It was a deep love that wouldn't be able to go away overnight. However I noticed that keeping those gifts - and other things I hoarded lol - isn't going to bring back the past, and I successfully threw a whole lot of it away. I still wish I could keep everything, but there is simply no room, and I like cleanliness.

Aww... Fishies! We had a blue betta several years ago, and she was really beautiful. She lived quite some time, too. Most memorable for me, though, was my goldfish as a child. I think he was supposed to be raised in a bigger tank than we had for him, but he was such a sweetie and would always come up to the front of the tank and wiggle around when I came up. =)

Best of luck with your breeding hobby, should you ever choose to go for it again.

I prefer music from the 60's.

Me, too! Although I'd expand to the 70s. Either way, I definitely listen to more music from my parents' generation than mine!

Chicago (before the 80s)
The Beatles
Streetlight Manifesto
The Doors
Blood, Sweat & Tears
Fleet Foxes
Gryphon
Bread
Brainchild (1970 Brass Rock band, not any of the others)
Eagles
The Divine Comedy
Boston
America
Afroskull
Egg
John Denver
Jim Croce
Pink Floyd
Electric Light Orchestra
Pentangle
Steeleye Span

I also still have a soft-spot for early 2000s rock and pop rock like Michelle Branch and 3 Doors Down.  ^.^

Oh my, they're all beautiful! (I think I'm in love with G3 toys!)

I'm going to have to agree with the majority and go with Pretty Pop, though. Her colors go together beautifully!

Introductions / Hi!
« on: August 09, 2014, 09:02:21 AM »
I'm a relatively new fan of the series, probably much newer than almost everybody here. I became a fan of the Friendship is Magic show a little over three years ago. Just within the last three weeks I started watching the older generations, and am now happy to be a general MLP fan. =)

I've collected some G4 merchandise over those years, but always kind of tried to tell myself "Just this, I really like this character, so I must have her!". However, the amount of toy pony products that "I must have" just keeps on growing! ... >_< lol

I just find it funny because I have never been much of a collector of merchandise (not even when I was younger), but for some reason, with MLP I just have to have more and more. My collection is currently pretty small, still. I mostly have plushes. I've gone with what I've seen around and thus is easily available. I am happy to find this forum so I can hopefully learn more, and find all different kinds of toys! =)

Anyway, as for more general, personal information:

Hi, I go by Emma, but as usual on forums we just go with usernames, right? (My username actually came one from of those "make a MLP name from your name" thingies, by the way! I actually really liked it, so I decided I would use it for a username here. lol).

I'm 25 years old (and yet all of the shows I ever watch are cartoons/animation. That's how I came to get into MLP - I will never grow up, apparently. :P) and was born and raised in south-central North America. I've never been a fan of this region of the country, but that's a story for another time and place. lol

At this moment I am not in school for I'll just say that life hasn't gone the way I planned post-high school... I really hope to go back, but I don't know anymore. So I'm stuck in a retail job with a shift I can not stand (nights), but outside of work I keep up my passions that I wanted to go to school for - Music. I play in a community orchestra. There I play the bassoon, but I love woodwind instruments altogether, and also really like the oboe and (tenor) saxophone.

The most important people in my life are my parents and my ring of close friends. My parents have been there for me during the tough times, and have even let me continue to live with them, for little price. I can not thank them enough! My best friends are always there for me. Although some of them have kind of ended up on the receiving end of my recent MLP obsession. Oh dear... Right?

Anyway, if you can't tell I tend to be a little long-winded. I apologize for that.  >_<
