Australian Post Delays/Weather Related

I came across this from the Australian Post this morning.  I thought it would be useful if anyone in Australia is experiencing delays.

I hope it doesn't because I hate bad weather.      But if it does it can hopefully put your mind at ease.

No surprise there, we've had a nasty bout of floods and storms in the country. This would more likely apply to those in north QLD, north VIC and rural NSW. Most of the Aussies here I know are more suburban or urban dwellers than in those rural areas, though Cairns and Townsville in QLD are pretty big iirc

None of those states are where I live but it could still cause a delay for my state maybe.. It makes me feel a little better.
