Still no custom or refund from Ponyrehab!

I have been more than patient with Ponyrehab. I commissioned him last year, and I have sent numerous paypal requests for a refund, and he keeps denying them. What else can I do. I want my money back, or the custom, he wont return ANY of my Pm's ive even emailed him at home and now at work, thanks to his partner pm'ing me here. but he wont reply to them either. Is there anything else I can do??

If you don't receive contact, I would push the issue further and contemplate filing mail fraud charges or going through your bank for a refund.

Eek. They seemed like really cool people too, but actually I've barely seen them around since Oct.

If the funds came from your credit card, then I would contact the card provider for advice.

That's really not good. His OH Tancho hasn't been here since 27th April either. You really need to file a fraudulent claim. This is really bad news!

Try this, but I'm not hopeful that you'll be able to get a refund on money you sent as a gift back in December   The only other thing to do is to leave appropriate negative feedback at this point although that wont help with the money situation
