The Captain finally has a ship!

This is a little project I was working on this week - ship building! I didn't make a full ship (I would be crying if I had) I just made a little section - just big enough to photograph. And so The Captain, who was my first Barnacle and has a very special place in my herd - gets his very own ship!

Aahh, that ship is so perfect, and I never would have thought of using the parrot! That is so freaking adorable! :D

I like to do these, but I don't have a whole lot of props available to me. I pull together what I can.

Here's my Barnacle. That's actually the cloth map that came with Neverwinter Nights. I thought it looked enough like a treasure map! Next time I do a photo shoot with Barnacle I'll get some chocolate gold coins!

He looks great on his partial ship! Congrats!

I haven't done any themed pics yet, but I like the idea. I can use it as an excuse to get hubby to teach me more photography tricks.  ;)
