Pony Pins!

(1/2) > >>

starscout:
I've been wanting to set up an art shop, and so I've been trying out different crafts before I actually go through with it. I bought some UV resin and, using it alongside some shrink plastic and nail art stuff I had laying around, I made these pony pins.

(Sorry about the subpair quality pics. I'm so bad at taking photos. :silly:)

This is my first time ever working with resin. I also had to cut these out by hand because the Cricut needs its blade replaced, so they are quite literally rough around the edges. Nevertheless, I really like how they turned out, and I do plan on making more whenever I can get that art shop up and running.

Really great job for your first resin pieces.

Pokeyonekenobie:
Nice!  I've been wondering about doing pins with resin as well but haven't tried them yet.

Griffin:
Great job - resin work is still a complete mystery to me, having never tried something like that before but admiring the works of others! The glittery black looks wonderful.
