Has Dolly Hair's New Management Improved Things?

I know a lot of people have written off Dolly Hair because of the issues with orders in the past, but there's a few colours where my only other option would be a shop overseas, and I know the store changed hands last year, so I was wondering if anyone has had the chance to order from the new owner and if things are any better now.

I thought I saw someone here post that they placed a successful order from there recently, but I don't remember which thread I saw it on. I'm hoping things are better too because I'm in the same boat with needing a couple of colors only Dollyhair seems to have.

I ordered a few months ago from DollyHair with zero issues.  I never had any issues before, either.
