Nothing against ice-cream, I just picked the pinkest Pony as my least fave.
As for Tootsie, her speech issues melted my heart. I had speech therapy as a child & Mum told me I had a literal knot in my tongue. I particularly loved how she could deliberately muddle her words to give everybody lollipops. Plus her colours appeal to me to this day, & my Custom Baby Tootsie is a fave of mine

My most favorite will always be Bow Tie because of how awesome she was in the animated special, and the least favorite would probably be either Tootsie or Seashell.

Tough call between Tootsie and Bubbles for me. I think I tend to lean towards Tootsie more often than not! I really love her green and blue color combination.

Seashell is my least favorite just by process of elimination. I don't tend to like that dark purple even though purple/green is an excellent color combination! I think the pose doesn't do her much help-it's cute but I'm tired of seeing it on just those two.

Lickety is the only one I don't absolutely love to pieces in that set but if I had one in great shape with really pink hair I'd probably really love her too.

I always thought the set everyone is listing was Year 3, but I'll answer anyway. Favorite: Tootsie. Least favorite: Lickety Split (I don't really dislike any of them, but pink-on-pink is a bit boring if I had to choose one).

Fave is Bubbles, least fave is Peachy (I think she came with a playset that year?).

I have to say, Bowtie is one I didn't really care for as a kid but now I like her much more.  I guess tastes can change over time.

You are correct, Tootsie, Lickety-Split, Posey, etc are all in year 3. Year 2 Earth ponies are: Applejack, Bow-Tie, Bubbles, Seashell, Blossom and Cotton Candy.

I never had any of these as a kid, but as an adult:
Favorite: Bubbles/Seashell - I really love this sitting pose and wish they had made more of them.
Least Favorite - Blossom - not for any particular reason other than the colors are not as vibrant as the others and if I look across them all she just sort of "fades away" and doesn't stand out.
