The Trivial Complaints Thread... number 2!

I have so many things I want to write, but right now my executive function is annoying and won't let me organise any of my ideas.

My ear is still being annoying, too.

And the fridge is making stupid noises again, which means today we (hopefully) have a technician coming.

Fortunately we managed to change the delivery slot to tomorrow.

Whoa, my back is all kinds of messed up today. I used a shiatsu massager last night before bed and I guess I overdid it The pain is shooting down both legs when I walk.

I also woke up with bloody lips and one swollen eye

I somehow screwed up my knee joint without doing anything and now it keeps cracking

My mom and I were going to walk down the sidewalk when we noticed 3 dogs running loose across the street.  As soon as the dogs saw us they ran to where we where and started trying to follow us.  One of the dogs hit my hand with its nose but didn't bite.  2 of the dogs seemed friendly but the 3rd dog kept chasing the other 2 and acting aggressively towards them.  I moved in the street (no cars were coming) to try to put some space between me and the dogs.  Down the block our neighbor starts calling the dogs and says that she had let them out "for a minute" and they had run off.  I know it can happen to anyone once but one the dogs is the same out that got out yesterday and followed us down the sidewalk. 


My dr said I should get a routine medical test.  When I called today to set it up the person that I was talking to told me that I can't have the test done where my dr recommended because they don't accept my insurance.  When I questioned them about this they said they do take some insurances from the company I have insurance with but not all.  My policy happens to be one of the ones that they don't take.   I asked if I could private pay for the test and she said that they couldn't do that either and that I have to go somewhere that will accept my policy.   I'm not blaming the person I was talking to at all but it's another instance of having to pay high premiums for insurance that isn't worth what I have to pay for it.

the power went out this afternoon for 2 hours. thankfully the house stayed fairly cool. but the cellular hotspot was incredibly slow. they said the power grid is fine so whatever i guess

My back is worse even though I spent all day taking it easy and alternating heat and ice on it. I have to be very careful moving. Even breathing too deep makes sharp pain in my lower back and legs. OTC pain killers are useless. I wanted to go visit my parents tomorrow but I don't think I can like this. I can't really do anything. And after I was doing so well cleaning my apartment *sigh*

Woke up too early and I doubt I’ll be able to go back to sleep. My back’s killing me too

Got out of bed later than I should’ve because I forgot I had a doctor’s appointment

I think my back is getting worse. I had a hard time getting out of bed this morning. My bed is against the wall and I get up on the right. My right leg is the one that's hurting with my back, so when I tried to get up, pain shot everywhere. I'm not sure how I eventually managed to sit up.

My neck has a pain too, and there's an annoying sore on the side of my tongue rubbing my teeth.

I'm kind of miserable

Yikes, keep us posted! I may be having an elective tooth removal in the near future - my upper wisdom teeth are just getting in the way!

The two upper ones are out now. The procedure didn't hurt that bad at all.
The more painful thing is not being able to eat solid food...and my mom made some really tasty looking dinner tonight.

Me: Hmmmm yes I should buy three packs of cookies, that way it's literally impossible to eat them all in one sitting and I can have just a cookie or two whenever the craving hits.

My knees joints are sore again

Ugh. I want to take a shower but I don't know if I can get in and out of the tub with my back like this. Well, it's not just my back it's my legs too but it's from a nerve in my back (the sciatic nerve I think). My tub has high sides and I have trouble getting in when I feel fine.
